Frequently Asked Question
If you’re experiencing issues with your course not saving progress, particularly after finishing a chapter, this may be due to how certain browsers handle communication between the course and the LMS (Learning Management System).
We recommend using Microsoft Edge as the preferred browser for our courses. Many users have encountered progress-saving issues when using other browsers. This is often due to JavaScript errors or interruptions in the commands that transmit progress data to the LMS. Some browsers, especially after idle periods or when the course is backgrounded, may disrupt these commands, preventing your progress from saving.
While we test our courses in Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (with default settings and no plugins), these issues can still occur and may be challenging to reproduce consistently.
Solution:
If you’re using a browser other than Microsoft Edge, please try switching to Edge and then attempt the course again. This should resolve the issue in most cases. If you continue to experience problems, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to help further.
